"THE ORIGINAL" Jumbo, wild caught shrimp sauteed with habanero, banana, & chorizo in an allspice -rum - garlic sauce, hexed by a soft fried egg and garlic toast round. Break the yolk to complete the sauce! This is a spicy dish!

Braised beef tenderloin and Spanish Tetilla cheese, steamed with masa in corn husks, finished with a trio of sauces; cumin cream, tomato jalapeno, and basil emulsion.
