Chef-owner Todd Manley specializes in a mix of Caribbean and Latin flavors made with only the freshest ingredients in a fun tropical atmosphere. He strives to find and cook with fresh, organic local ingredients. The fish is flown in daily from Honolulu or Tobago and has only been out of the water less than 24 hours once received making it the freshest, highest quality seafood in town.
